Pertamina to rollout 5,000 small gas stations

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, a subsidiary of Indonisian state-owned energy company Pertamina, has announced plans to rollout 5,000 mini gas stations to serve customers in remote parts of the Asian country.

Each station will come at a cost of around Rp 1 billion (USD75,007) and would have a capacity of 5,000 to 10,000 litres a day.

“This year, we will initiate the project by first establishing 50 mini gas stations,” said Patra Niaga President Director Gandhi Sriwidodo.
