Thai Couple have their wedding pictures taken in a PETROL STATION

EVERY couple wants wedding pictures to remember - but these lovers took to the extreme by having a photo shoot of their special day in a PETROL STATION.

Groom Au Phakphumphaisal, 30, and bride Nattarin, 27, chose their workplace, a gas station in Cha Choeng Sao, Thailand, as the setting for the "most memorable" wedding shoot. Mr Phakphumphaisal, who owns the station, said: ''We love working at the gas station so we wanted to have our pictures taken there."Some of the customers were a bit surprised to see us in our suit and dress, but they saw the funny side.

"We have an amazing set of wedding pictures that are the most memorable. Everybody loves them." While the wedding photographer Sanit Niti was at first sceptical about the shooting location, he then said it was as a "pretty cool set of wedding pictures" and that he had never taken "any like this before".

Mr Niti said: "The gas station is far from the city and I thought it's going to be a little retro and deserted like in a typical cowboy movie. "But when I got there, it was a huge, modern gas station. "The image of a Texas-style gas station in my head disappeared. "The groom said he's the owner so he had to be able to serve customers."
