Premier retail fuel development site in Dublin up for 3 million euros

CBRE are quoting €3,000,000 for a 1.23 hectare (3.05 acre) development site in Dublin. The property is being offered to the open market for sale by private treaty.

The high-profile site benefits from outline planning permission for the development of a petrol filling station extending to 580 sq m (6,243 sq ft), and a drive-through restaurant extending to 390 sq m (4,198 sq ft). It also provides an additional 0.42 hectares (1.05 acres) which does not form part of the outline planning permission.

Zoned Enterprise & Employment - under the recently implemented South Dublin Development Plan 2016-2022 - the Whitestown Road site provides potential buyers with an opportunity to acquire a commercially-zoned land holding in the centre of Tallaght. The provision of a petrol filling station and drive-through restaurant would enhance the existing facilities and amenities in the surrounding area including The Square Shopping Centre, The Arena, Tallaght Business Park and Tallaght Stadium.

Peter Garrigan of CBRE said: "As the petrol filling station market continues to evolve, operators are now looking to provide complementary services lines to enhance the consumers' experience. The benefit of the outline planning permission provides interested parties with template to work from as operators may look to amend the proposed scheme to suit a particular business model."
