Terms & Conditions

1. Transport and accommodation will be supplied as specified. Meals as per the official programme will be provided and organised by the organisers, McLean Events, Conferences & Media Ltd.

2. During the business programme, retailing companies will be each granted their own location within the hotel, equipped with a desk, seating and complimentary business services, at which all their meetings will take place.

3. Travel insurance must be arranged independently by delegates. Such matters are not the responsibility of McLean Events, Conferences & Media Ltd.

4. Attendees at erpec 17 shall agree to the use of all photographic and video material taken at the event, being utilised by the organisers, McLean Events, Conferences & Media Ltd in connection with promoting future events should they wish to do so.
