Terms & Conditions 1. erpec 17 convention fee includes the participation at the meetings programme, idac conference, lunches, dinners and all excursions associated with the event. 2. A 40% deposit payment is payable 14 days after receipt of the confirmation invoice. The balance is due February 1st 2017. The participation fee for bookings made after February 1st 2017 is payable after receipt of invoice. 3. Delegates cancelling prior to January 31st, 2017 will be liable for 40% of the total fee. Cancellations received after January 31st, 2017, shall oblige the delegate(s) to pay the total amount shown on this confirmation schedule. 4. Should erpec 17 be cancelled by the organiser, payments made will be refunded in full. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, caused by no fault of the organiser, resulting in erpec 17 having to be postponed, the organisers reserve the right for monies paid in respect of erpec 17 to be transferred to the rescheduled event. 5. Travel insurance or visa must be arranged independently by delegates. Such matters are not the responsibility of McLean Events, Conferences & Media Ltd. 6. The place of jurisdiction shall be the place of business of McLean Events, Conferences & Media Ltd. The Law of the United Kingdom shall apply. 7.
