State-run Misr Petroleum is set to open 60 more stations in Egypt, reports magazine Amwal Al Ghad.

The company already opened 17 stations until mid-May 2017 and plans to complete the remaining stations by end of December 2017.

The new stations are set to address the country's growing demand for petroleum products.

The Cairo-based company manufactures and markets petroleum products, car care products, household and industrial chemicals, as well as provides aviation fuel services.
