Fatgbems Petroleum unveils retail stations in Lagos

Nigerian’ leading indigenous Independent Petroleum Marketing Company, Fatgbems Petroleum Company has commissioned new ultra-modern retail stations in Awoyaya in Lagos and Adedotun in Abeokuta.

This is in line with the company’s goals of expanding its value chain and optimizing its customer base.

Speaking at the commissioning, Chief Operating Officer, Fatgbems Group Mr Dare Adeola, stated that, the company, strongly believes that Nigerians and Nigerian companies can compete with the best in the world if given the opportunity. He spoke further:”

This is a point that has been amply demonstrated by our history as a business entity. And having benefited from a robust and positively impactful regulatory environment through federal government policies, we believe we also have a responsibility to create opportunities for Nigerians to develop their capacity.”

Commenting further the Chief Operating officer said “‘as we are here, to commission the Awoyaya station, Adedotun Station in Abeokuta has equally commenced full operations.

It is fully back in operation to add to others which include Dalemo, Oju-Ore and Igbala service Stations in Ogun State. In the next few months, the prime Station called IBB shall soon be the cynosure as the rubbles shall give way to a better, more innovative service centered Station.

In his remarks, Ogun State House of Assembly Speaker, Hon Suraju Adekunbi, commended the management of Fatgbems Petroleum for their prowess in spreading across the country, thereby creating employment for Nigerians and contributing to economic growth.

Executive Secretary, Depot and Petroleum Products Marketers Association of Nigeria, Mr Olufemi Adewole, applauded Fatgbems quest to expand its value chain and the drive to reposition and compete in the industry.

He enjoined the company not to lose focus of customer service and consistently give the customers values they desire.
