Hawaii gas stations to be rebranded Texaco

All Chevron gas stations in Hawaii will be converted to the Texaco brand later this year as part of the sale of Chevron Corp.´s Hawaii oil refinery to private equity firm One Rock Capital. The gas stations will undergo no major changes other than the rebranding, with One Rock Capital offering the 300 Chevron workers in Hawaii continued employment, reported Reuters. The transaction also includes 58 gas stations, four fuel terminals and a network of pipelines across the island state.
