Mansfield Energy Corp. is acquiring O’Rourke Petroleum, hq in Houston, Texas.

With a fleet of 180 vehicles, O’Rourke serves customers throughout the U.S. Gulf Coast region with products ranging from gasoline, diesel fuel, marine fuels, lubricants and DEF products to fleet card services and equipment and environmental solutions.
O’Rourke is among the very few Shell Lubricants Distributors nationwide that have been awarded their “Alliance” class designation in the industrial, transport and consumer market segments.
