According to their newest app update, version 2.2, Shell will now be accepting Apple Pay (and Google Pay) in their iOS app.
This means that users and customers can now pre-pay for their fuel in the app and then pay for it with Apple Pay. Good news for all Shell app users. Previously Shell only accepted Apple Pay through its shops. Not sure in which regions of the world this is applicable to.
