VIVO Managing Director, Sarah Doukoure leads training seminar

Vivo Energy Rwanda yesterday launched a 2-day training for their "Customers Champions" commonly known as pump attendants, on Operational Excellence & Quality Service.

“We remain committed to our customer promise #WithUsYouAreNumberOne and with that in mind, we have recently appointed "Quality Marshalls" to guarantee the quality of our products and services at each Engen petrol station" said Sarah Doukoure on LinkedIn.

It does not stop there, as the Company will also have dedicated fully trained Oil specialists to provide advice on lubrication oils and ensure the quality of the products provided to customers.
