Zuva develops convenience stores in Zimbabwe

Zuva Petroleum has introduced new and improved convenience shop at all of its service stations called Presto. This follows a successful re-branding exercise of the Zuva forecourts and will complete the transformation of Zuva service stations and service centres.

"We will leverage on our existing vast retail foot print to roll out to more Presto shops nationwide in this year alone" said Zwelethini Mlotshwa, Chief Operating Officer for Zuva. The role of Presto shops will also be to create employment opportunities and add to the 1500 men and women that Zuva directly and indirectly employs throughout its retail network" he added.

"Presto in a magic act, is used to create anticipation and excitement. This is exactly what we want to bring our customers: a shopping experience so simple, so convenient, yet absolutely magical" said Emmagness Ruzvidzo, Zuva's Retail Manager.

Presto will also provide an array of value added services including EcoCash, motor insurance, money transfer services and bill pay options to make it a one-stop-shop for customers.
