Walmart opens drive-through coronavirus testing sites in Chicago for health workers

Walmart Inc said that it has opened two federal drive-through coronavirus testing sites for first responders and health-care workers.

The testing facilities, in Northlake and Joliet, Ill., are not open to the general public. The pilot sites are able to conduct a maximum of 150 tests each day. Health and Human Services professionals will staff the testing sites along with Walmart pharmacists and others.

Walmart stock has gained 16% over the past year, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA, +2.39% has tumbled nearly 25% for the period.
