Zoom said it formed an agreement with home-delivery app Instashop, which will allow customers to make online orders while refuelling at ENOC service stations.
Customers can place their orders before or upon reaching an ENOC or EPPCO service station, add their vehicle details, and pay via the app by adding their credit and debit card details.
Orders are delivered directly to their vehicles, avoiding physical contact or cash handling, and adhering to social distancing measures. The service is currently available at 21 ZOOM stores at ENOC service stations in Dubai, with plans to expand the service to 50 additional stores by mid-August.
“We firmly believe in the importance of offering services that will not only enhance customer convenience, but also ensure the safety and wellbeing of the communities we operate in, especially during these challenging times,” ENOC Group CEO Saif Humaid Al Falasi said in a statement.
Customers can order from a variety of products including beverages and snacks
