Vivo Energy Maroc continues to expand its network of Shell service stations and inaugurates four new stations

Vivo Energy Maroc, the company in charge of the distribution and marketing of Shell-branded fuels and lubricants in Morocco and Butagaz-branded liquefied petroleum gas, inaugurated four Shell service stations this September, in Tangier, Marrakech, Oued Laou and Taounate.

These new stations, the result of an ambitious investment plan, strengthen the presence of the Shell network in Morocco to increase proximity to its customers. They have a complete offer, including catering and leisure areas, as well as service bays offering oil change, rapid mechanics, washing and tires.

“Despite a fairly difficult economic climate, Vivo Energy Maroc is continuing its investment policy in the Kingdom, while ensuring that the customer experience and its improvement are kept at the heart of its differentiation strategy.

Thanks to the joint efforts, continuously provided by our teams, we took up the challenge and were able to continue to ensure new station openings”, declared George Roberts, Managing Director of Vivo Energy Maroc.

These new service stations are designed as real places of life. The company is keen to offer a continually expanding range of products and services to offer its customers the best experience, while constantly adapting to their needs.

The Mesbah station is located at the exit of Tangier towards Tétouan, towards the Tanger-Rabat and Tanger-Port Med motorways in a key industrial zone at the exit of Tangier.

The fuel station houses a shop, a café, a mosque and a catering area will soon be opened there. Ourika station is also located on a busy road axis on the road connecting the Ourika region to the city of Marrakech.

In addition to the fuel distribution area and service bays, it plans to soon host a café and a restaurant to bring the project area to 6,300 m². In the Tangier region, the Oued Laou service station covers an area of 846 m², and will have a café and a restaurant.

The Mkansa fuel station is located in the Taounate region. With a surface area of 5,000 m², the resort offers catering services and a mosque. A children's play area and a soccer field will be built soon, which will bring the project area to 15,000 m².

“These stations are launched in an unprecedented context where our entire approach has been rethought to offer our customers the best health safety conditions and value-added services and products.

Because beyond the primary utility of our stations, it is a component of the social bond that we maintain. Our fuel stations are designed as places of life. Everything is done to offer a one-stop shop experience while ensuring that the customer experience and its improvement are at the heart of its differentiation strategy ”indicated Mehdi Abaghad, Network Director of Vivo Energy Maroc.

Vivo Energy Maroc is continuing its investment in the Kingdom, maintaining since the beginning of the year a policy of dynamic development of its network with regular openings. Vivo Energy's ambition is to become Africa's most respected energy company while meeting the most demanding international quality standards.
