Alimentation Couche-Tard selling more sites

Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. has added 21 convenience stores with fuel in 10 states to the sale, announced in September, of 68 Circle K sites across 21 states.

The original sale in the US had site concentrations in Indiana and Ohio, among other markets. The new stores are mostly in Florida and Alabama, as well as Arizona, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia.

The stores from the original offering have an average store size of 2,300 square feet and an average lot size of 23,000 square feet. All stores are being offered without fuel supply and without convenience-store brand.

The company engaged NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC (NRC) to coordinate and manage the marketing and sale of all of the sites. The original offering is NRC’s third sale for Circle K in the last three years.

The bid deadline for the additional stores has been set for Jan. 16, 2024. Interested parties may get store locations and additional information on the NRC website at www.nrc.com/2303 or by calling NRC at (800) 747-3342, ext. 2303.
