For the fifth year in a row, Q1 Energie AG took first place in the large ranking of the German Society for Consumer Studies mbH in the field of customer service at petrol stations. Respondents once again rated their experience with customer service as "outstanding." Q1 also achieved a good ranking in the categories of customer satisfaction and price/performance.
Every year, the DtGV conducts the "German Customer Award" study to identify the companies with the most satisfied customers in Germany. More than 428,000 reviews on a total of 2,718 companies from 258 industries were used as a basis for the rankings in the areas of customer satisfaction, customer service and value for money.
In customer service, Q1 emerged as the industry champion with a score of 7.43, as the company was able to improve on its best ranking from last year. In addition, Q1 secured 3rd place in the petrol station category in the area of customer satisfaction as well as a place in the top 10 for price/performance.
