Several electric scooters and electric bikes are bursting into flames. According to New York City Fire Department, e-battery-related fires are up a whopping 233% in two years in the Big Apple. The fires have resulted in 163 injuries and 10 deaths, including a 5-year-old girl who was killed in an apartment building fire. This video has some upsetting scenes.
