Jio-bp, the joint venture between Reliance Industries and bp, has announced a strategic partnership with the esteemed House of Hiranandani to establish Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure at their properties across Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bengaluru. This collaboration marks a significant step in making world-class EV charging facilities accessible to the public at affordable prices in India.
Jio-bp pulse, operating in the Electric Mobility space, has already built one of India’s largest and fastest-growing EV charging networks. In addition to operating over two dozen of the country’s biggest charging hubs (with an average of 150+ charge points), Jio-bp is now focusing on creating fast charging stations at various user-friendly locations, including malls, restaurants, hotels, workplaces, residential societies, and public parking areas12.
The partnership with House of Hiranandani will initially cover marquee locations such as Hiranandani Estate and Hiranandani Meadows in Thane. As the collaboration expands, it will further enhance Jio-bp’s commitment to promoting sustainable mobility and supporting the adoption of electric vehicles across India.
