Repsol announced that it already distributes 100% renewable fuel in a hundred service stations on the Iberian Peninsula, including 85 located in Spain and 15 in Portugal. During the presentation of the 'Strategic Update 2024-2027', Repsol revealed its plan to bring renewable fuels to a greater number of consumers in the Iberian Peninsula. The company aims to expand the commercialization of these sustainable fuels to 2,000 service stations by 2027.
By the end of this period, the company projects that 60% of its grid will be multi-energy, offering a combination of renewable fuels, fast or ultra-fast charging points for electricity and AutoGas, along with conventional products. In addition, Repsol plans to expand its activity in the sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) market on the Iberian Peninsula.
