Much more than a washing center in Girona

The Ramón Noguera Foundation renewed its car wash at the Mas Xirgu industrial estate in Girona with innovative technology that allows the recovery of around 85% of the water used, using leading car wash manufacturer WashTec's, technology.

The Ramón Noguera Foundation Group is a non-profit social initiative whose purpose is the management of services aimed at people with intellectual disabilities and children with developmental disorders.

This facility, as part of its programme, has a new car wash tunnel with the capacity to wash around 50 cars an hour.

The WashTec SoftLine Vario 2 model has a length of 18 meters distributed in several washing and drying modules. Its five brush station performs a complete wash with tracking to reach the most difficult parts of the vehicle.

At the beginning of the wash, we discover an attractive entrance arch with a Smart design with easy access for users. The next item we encounter delivering a notable user experience is the Foamsensation foam curtain. A spectacular accessory with a dense foam that falls on the vehicle evenly, completely covering the front window of the car.

The tunnel also has its LightShow system. A system that leaves no one indifferent. Users enjoy a play of lights inside the tunnel, making the evening hours a pure spectacle.

With the longitudinal underbody wash and the lateral high-pressure arc, the tunnel cleans the most stubborn dirt on vehicles. We reach the most demanding point, drying. Thanks to the 2+1 drying with its rotating upper nozzle and side nozzles, the final finish of the vehicle is unmatched.

WashTec tunnels stand out worldwide for their technology, robustness, reliability and excellence in washing. This is why the Foundation did not hesitate to renew its installation with this product from the German manufacturer.
