Innovative partnership for Jet and Pace

PACE Telematics, has formed an innovative partnership with JET, Germany’s most popular petrol station brand for 14 years. This cooperation marks a significant step in digitizing the refueling experience, setting new standards for convenience and efficiency.

Starting immediately, JET will use PACE’s Connected Fueling platform as its primary mobile payment solution across its entire network of over 680 stations in Germany. This allows JET customers to use the PACE Drive App, as well as digital payment methods, such as the DKV Mobility App and the Hoyer App at all JET stations.

The integration of additional digital acceptance partners is already underway, further increasing flexibility and accessibility for users.

Philip Blatter, Managing Director and founder of PACE Telematics, is enthusiastic about the partnership: “The cooperation with JET is a milestone for PACE and underlines our leading role in the field of digital fueling in Europe. Together with JET, we want to make the fueling experience easier, faster and safer for millions of drivers.”

By integrating mobile payment solutions, JET strengthens its focus on excellent customer service. For a brand with a particularly high customer volume per location, easy payment at the pump is an important addition for JET. Customers who value the convenience of mobile payment via app – such as motorcyclists who don’t want to take their helmets off or parents with small children – now have an easily accessible alternative.

Additionally, petrol station teams have more time to assist customers in the shop, bistro or those who prefer traditional payment. This ultimately helps busy people get back on the road quickly with JET.

Oliver Reichert, Manager Retail JET Tankstellen Deutschland GmbH. says “Our partnership with PACE Telematics is an important step in the digitalization of our services. At the same time, we are offering our customers a hassle-free fueling process at JET. For commercial customers who already use digital services, such as the DKV or Hoyer app, the connection to PACE will make JET even more attractive for a quick, uncomplicated refueling stop”
