With the new SoftCare, WashTec has presented its entry into the world of gantry systems. This new car wash has been designed with a focus on lean investment car wash locations and aims to set new standards in terms of performance, flexibility and efficiency.
According to the company, the SoftCare is characterized by its new, modern design, which combines attractive appearance and functionality. It offers a washing height of up to 2.90 metres and a washing width of up to 2.58 metres.
This flexibility makes it possible to wash vehicles of all sizes and types. In addition, SoftCare offers extensive options for chemical dosing. Precisely dosed cleaning chemicals achieve maximum cleaning results with minimal environmental impact, according to the manufacturer's explanation.
Combination of speed and quality
With the FlexControl brush wash in combination with the optional side high pressure, the SoftCare offers thorough cleaning. The system is also equipped with SofTecs brushes, which ensure gentle and effective cleaning while protecting the paintwork and surfaces. In addition, rims up to 21 inches can be cleaned.
There is a choice between wheel washing with and without integrated high-pressure function. The choice between a rigid or swivelling roof dryer rounds off the overall package. According to WashTec, frequency-controlled drives for lifting and travel movements as well as contour-following processes for drying (fly-in) and high-pressure pre-washing ensure excellent washing and drying results with the shortest possible program runtimes.
The SoftCare options for sealing and polishing ensure brilliant results – an ideal combination of speed and quality, especially for the increased requirements for service washes in car dealerships.
