OK reaches 101 in the Netherlands

As a result of a private tenancy rights auction, Shell Diemerpolderweg officially joined the OK Nederland network this spring. The manned petrol station was offered by petrol station operator and former chairman of the Petrol Stations Department of the BOVAG, Antonio Hammerstein.

With the acquisition, OK had exactly one hundred petrol stations in the Netherlands. The company wasted no time in renovating the gas station to the look of OK at the end of May. Not only was the entire forecourt renovated, the time-honoured Shell Select shop also made way for a luxury shop in the OK Café formula developed in-house, by OK

Visitors to an OK petrol station can hardly fail to notice that a price promotion is being organised. To celebrate reaching the milestone of 100 petrol stations, the company says it is giving away '101 prizes'. To be eligible for a prize, the consumer must visit an OK petrol station and refuel, have lunch or shop there.
