Cedipsa, which belongs to the Cepsa Group, will carry out a redundancy plan throughout the country that will affect 189 people, and the closure of 42 service stations throughout Spain.
The group is in the process of divesting assets from its traditional oil business. Already this year, it closed the sales of its upstream businesses in Peru and Colombia. In addition, it reached an agreement with the French company TotalEnergies to divest its upstream business in the United Arab Emirates.
