Circle K and Spirii, a global provider of EV charging solutions, have announced a major charging agreement covering Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. following Circle K's acquisition of TotalEnergies' retail assets in these markets.
As part of the collaboration, Spirii will provide an end-to-end charging solution for all EV-related activities. In total, over 600 DC charge points will be migrated to Spirii's EV charging platform. Additionally, Spirii will be installing AC chargers for home and workplace use over the next two years.
Spirii will function as Charge Point Operator (CPO), managing and supporting Circle K’s charging network with the objective of positioning Circle K among the leading charging providers in all markets.
Håkon Stiksrud, Circle K’s Global Head of eMobility, adds: “We are very pleased to enter a collaboration with Spirii, which will enable growth of our charging service in these markets.
