Čepro has successfully completed the merger with Robin Oil. Čepro intends to continue to offer its fuels in retail networks under two brand names Eurooil and Robin Oil.
The Robin Oil network of filling stations is now under the complete management of Čepro. "The company has proceeded to a merger primarily to simplify the structure and economic ties in the across the entire group of companies.
As part of the merger, Čepro deployed all petrol stations Robin Oil control system, which technically, economically and commercially unified the management of both networks.
Čepro is also planning to deploy a new fuel with the trade name HVO XTL (product with one hundred percent HVO content, made from vegetable and animal fats) at Robin Oil petrol stations in Kladno, Dříň and Vysočany near Chomutov.
