Scheidt & Bachmann Energy Retail Solutions has opened an Innovation and Logistics Lab, with its own test charging area for its SIQMA e-mobility portfolio. In addition, it has also established a customer charging area at its HQ in Mönchengladbach, Germany, offering customers a live experience of its products in action.
In conjunction with this initiative, S&B told a fully involved audience, "To understand the customer’s experience, you need to change perspective, and as such it is vital that our e-mobility team to really dive deep into the challenges ev drivers face and how we can help solve these proactively".
Product Management Team Verena Hiegemann Florian Kampes and Christopher Wilson conducted a live demo to present this new areas and its solutions to the international management team.
