Futuristic spaceship cars revealed at Beijing motor show

From ultra-luxury SUVs to autonomous taxis, the cars on display in Beijing provide a window into the future. These are some of the most unusual models featuring at this year's Auto China Show.

With entries from the likes of McLaren, MG, Renault and Mercedes, the technology on display is a small window into what the cars of the future will really be like.

From electric motors of all shapes and sizes, to ultra-luxury SUVs and autonomous taxis, many of the vehicles featuring in Beijing could be on our roads as soon as next year.

Renault EZ-GO

The EZ-GO is designed as a six-person autonomous taxi
