Gilbarco Veeder-Root have developed the new Frontier AdBlue® Dispenser for Cars and Trucks, a demonstration of Gilbarco Veeder-Root’s commitment to introducing environmentally friendly fuels at the fore- court. Frontier AdBlue® pumps are targeted towards retail applications and incorporate the more advanced elements from Gilbarco Veeder Root’s Multi Product Dispensers (MPDs).
Standard features include single grade or two grades, maximum two simultaneous fuelling positions, up to 4 hoses and 4 displays, stainless steel hose mast, hydraulic panels available in all standard colours, Gilbarco pumping unit for diesel, stainless steel flow meter for Adblue and C+ piston meter with e-calibration, compatible with fleet management systems, available in fuel grades – Adblue and (Bio) - diesel as well as a secure, proprietary interface and meter encoder for additional security. For those with particular requirements, the Frontier AdBlue® has many different con- figurations and options, meaning it can be developed to suit a range of different fore- courts and site conditions.
The new Frontier AdBlue Dispensers are available as a stand-alone AdBlue Dispenser, for cars, trucks, or a combination of both, as well as combi dispenser with diesel (available in ultra-high flow rate), allowing customers to top up diesel and AdBlue at the same pumping station. It is also possible to integrate with the above-ground AdBlue container range, which comes in capacities of 1,100, 4,000, 7,500 and up to 10,000 litres. The 1100 litres container is designed for AdBlue for cars and possible to install at the island next to the AdBlue dispenser. This container is ATEX approved. AdBlue is very corrosive and affects aluminium, brass and copper. Both the new Frontier AdBlue dispensers, and existing SK700 II AdBlue dispensers, feature the corrosion proof, stainless steel Coriolis mass flow meter. This is the most advanced in the industry and provides accurate measurement without any moving parts, delivers robust and durable operation, enabling damage free fuelling and eliminating fuel losses.
