Q1 Energie AG has established its first locker facility at a site in Bremen Germany, as part of the retailer’s vision of service stations increasingly developing into multi-service hubs. This location enables the contactless and flexible collection, dispatch and return of parcels.
Q1 is an independent German medium-sized company, currently operating over 230 locations and more than 160 charging points throughout Germany. Last year Q1 piloted its first “Shop & Go” smart store in the city of Osnabrück
“With myflexbox, we offer our customers attractive added value: with us, they can combine refueling, washing, shopping and now also picking up or sending their parcels from various service providers - around the clock or during our generous opening hours,” said Matthias Rähse, Shop Business Developer at Q1.
Q1 plans to expand collaboration with its partner, Myflexbox, to other service stations across Germany. Their aim is to make urban life more sustainable and livable by expanding the network of smart parcel stations.
