After many years of cooperation, Hectronic has invested 24% in the software development and IT consulting company Hypermedia, based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The university city has one of the most prestigious faculties of mathematics and computer science and is considered as a centre of development, software and IT at a national and European level. The companies which are based there benefit from top trained professionals, which we also attach great importance to.
Therefore, we do not see the purchase of the shares as an investment, but rather as an investment in the future. Hypermedia is responsible for our web and mobile based software solutions and thus an important partner for our digitization strategy.
