Circle K, a leader of convenience stores, fuel retailing sites and mobility solutions, is celebrating the opening of a new, state-of-the-art petrol station in Bavaria, Germany.
A ceremonial inauguration took place on Tuesday, 6 May, in the presence of the mayor of the municipality of Schnaittach and other invited guests. At the same time, customers are also cordially invited to take advantage of attractive opening offers.
"This station is an important building block in our German fuel station network. It was specially designed to meet the needs of truckers and travellers. With its central location on an important transport axis, it offers a convenient point of contact – especially against the backdrop of growing international freight traffic," says Christian Howe, Managing Director of Circle K Germany.
First new construction project in Germany
After the successful market entry and the takeover of almost 1,200 stations in Germany, this service station marks the first completely new building of Circle K in Germany. The station was realised as a showcase project. The fuel area of the service station is branded in the design of fuel partner TotalEnergies.
State-of-the-art infrastructure
Covering an area of almost 9,000 square meters, the station offers a comprehensive range of mobility solutions. These include traditional fuels, ultra-fast charging at eight high-power chargers from Circle K, separate truck pumps, AdBlue stations and hydrogen refuelling facilities for trucks in cooperation with TEAL Mobility, a joint venture between TotalEnergies and Air Liquide. Modern showers and sanitary facilities as well as spacious parking spaces are available for truckers.
A 100 m² Circle K Shop offers hot and cold snacks, specialty coffees, beverages, as well as an extensive range of food and confectionery.
