Caltex pushes non oil expansion plan in Thailand

Caltex will expand its non-oil business portfolio to cover 85% of total service stations in Thailand this year according to Star Fuels Marketing, the sole licensee operating the fuel business under the Caltex brand in Thailand.

This year, the company aims to increase the number of stores to cover 85% of all Caltex petrol stations, up from approximately 80% previously. There are currently more than 530 Caltex petrol stations and more than 1,300 stores in the stations nationwide.

Over the past 2 years, Caltex has collaborated with the Franchise and Licensing Association of Thailand (FLA) to attract over 20 retail partners, including food and beverage, convenience store and service businesses, to operate businesses in service stations.

And this year, Caltex and the Franchise Association have organized the event “Caltex Partnership Networking 2025” To drive business opportunities for franchisees while expanding the potential of Caltex petrol stations to become a center for shops and services that meet the needs of a variety of customers.

In addition, the company continues to move forward with the oil business growth plan, expanding Caltex petrol stations to continuously increase the number of Caltex petrol stations every year in order to increase sales of Caltex fuel retail business to grow according to the set target.
