The Unimot Group, the owner of the AVIA petrol station chain in Poland, and Żabka Polska, the leading convenience stote operator in Poland, are joiming forces launch of four Żabka stores at AVIA stations. The combination of two popular formats guarantees drivers convenience, time savings and access to a wide range of fuel and non-fuel products in one place.
Żabka is taking another step in the development of the store format at petrol stations. After locating its branches at several individual stations, this time it joins forces with the AVIA chain. The project will be launched later this summer. Żabka stores will appear at the end of August at two AVIA stations in Poznań – at Grunwaldzka and Mieszka I Streets. All stores with the green logo will be located at the Unimot Group's own stations (CODO).
Both brands will combine their experience and strengths – AVIA is a renowned European chain of petrol stations, managed in Poland by the Unimot Group, a listed company with over 30 years of experience in the fuel market, which is today an independent, multi-energy capital group. Żabka, on the other hand, is the largest and fastest growing convenience chain in Poland, known for its modern sales solutions.
Thanks to this cooperation, customers gain access to a comprehensive offer in one place – from high-quality fuel, through fresh coffee and quick cold and hot snacks, to everyday grocery shopping and automotive products.
As part of the cooperation model, Żabka will manage retail sales and customer service, while AVIA will focus on ensuring high quality of the fuel offer. This increases the value offered to customers and at the same time optimizes operational processes. Thus, drivers will be able to pay for fuel directly at the checkout in the Żabka store.
