TSG acquires part of GVR's service network

TSG has strengthened its presence across Northern and Eastern Europe with the acquisition of Gilbarco Veeder-Root’s service operations in eight countries.

The deal, which includes teams in the United Kingdom, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, significantly broadens TSG’s reach and enhances its capacity to deliver local, high-quality support for mobility and energy networks.

The acquisition will see more than 380 engineers, project managers and field technicians join TSG, bringing with them extensive technical expertise and well-established customer relationships. This expansion deepens TSG’s service capabilities in the Nordics and Baltics, regions that are central to Europe’s shift towards cleaner and more connected mobility solutions.

Jean-Marc Bianchi, CEO of TSG, said the move marks an important step in the company’s strategy to become the partner of choice for operators and businesses shaping the future of mobility. “We are proud to welcome these highly skilled teams and extend our operational reach across Northern and Eastern Europe. This step strengthens our ambition to be the trusted partner for all mobility energy infrastructures.”

For customers, the transition promises consistent, locally delivered service backed by TSG’s expanded teams and network. It also positions TSG to support the rapid changes transforming Europe’s mobility landscape, from electrification and alternative fuels to digital infrastructure and connected services.
