Titan Cloud to acquire Urgent and Techniche EV

Titan Cloud, a leading AI-driven data platform for energy asset optimization, today announced plans to acquire Urgent and Techniche EV, best-in-class maintenance solutions from Techniche Limited.

The acquisition, expected to close early Q4 2025, advances Titan Cloud’s strategy to deliver the industry’s most comprehensive platform for energy asset management.

The deal strengthens Titan's maintenance capabilities, extending coverage beyond traditional fuel assets to include site equipment and EV infrastructure. It also expands Titan Cloud’s global reach, bringing proven best practices to operators navigating digitalization, tighter regulations, and the shift to alternative energy.

Titan Cloud already unifies fuel inventory, logistics, compliance, and maintenance in a single platform. With Urgent and Techniche EV, operators will gain deeper visibility into fuel and non-fuel assets, turning maintenance from a cost center into a driver of uptime and profitability.

Titan powers some of the world’s largest downstream operators, and with the addition of these solutions and Techniche’s global reach, its impact will extend even further. The acquisition will reinforce Titan Cloud’s position as the platform that enables operators to automate, modernize, and advance energy strategies.
