Clean Fuels supplier OG Clean Fuels has acquired French company Proviridis. With the acquisition, the Dutch company enters the French market for the first time. The expansion brings OG Clean Fuels to a network of nearly 400 refuelling and loading locations in Europe.
“This acquisition marks an important milestone in our European growth strategy,” says OG Clean Fuels founder and CEO Marcel Borger. “France is one of Europe’s most dynamic and fastest-growing markets for Bio-CNG and LNG.
By combining our clean fuels expertise with Proviridis’ strong local base, together we can accelerate the transition of road transport in Europe.” According to OG Clean Fuels, the acquisition is “just the beginning”. The company plans to continue investing over the next five years and reach a turnover of €500 million.
