Petrotec has announced that the FM27 is designed to transform the act of refuelling from a mechanical operation to a fully digital, connected interaction.
The equipment incorporates a 27-inch touchscreen, in 16:9 format, with 'full HD' resolution (1,920 x 1,080 pixels), high brightness of 1,000 cd/m², reinforced glass and low reflectivity technology, which guarantees optimal visibility in any light condition and smooth navigation.
From the pump, the customer can access personalised promotions, real-time information and self-service payment options, with the aim of speeding up the refuelling process, while reinforcing the perception of modernity of the service station.
Personalisation, loyalty and new sales opportunities
Beyond functioning as a payment interface, the FM27 is prepared to work as a digital channel for customer relations. The system supports proximity recognition by camera and integrates with loyalty platforms, allowing personalized greetings to be activated and segmented content to be displayed in real time based on the user's profile.
This capability opens the door to cross-selling and up-selling strategies. Through the 'Pump & Pick' functionality, the dispenser can present products and services directly on screen and, when connected to a self-service catalog, the customer can add products during refueling without having to enter the store, generating higher value tickets and strengthening the bond with the brand.
A digital channel for operators and brands
For the operator, the FM27 becomes a new communication channel within the service station. The solution allows dynamic advertising campaigns, corporate messages, service information or informative content to be displayed, reinforcing brand differentiation and opening up new revenue streams through the management of advertising space at the pump itself.
The management of all this content operates through a cloud management system, which facilitates the remote and simultaneous updating of messages, creatives and designs in complete networks of stations, ensuring coherent communication and a rapid response to commercial or market changes.
Flexible architecture and integration with the AXON range
The FM27 is part of Petrotec's FM platform and is natively integrated into the AXON dispenser range, which combines contemporary design, customizable finishes and advanced digital functionalities. The solution is available both as a multimedia module integrated into AXON dispensers and in a Multimedia + OPT configuration, which adds self-service checkout with PinPad, card reader, contactless payments, printer and barcode scanner, among other optional accessories.
In addition, the FM27 can be installed as a stand-alone unit in retrofit mode on top of existing equipment, ensuring interoperability with other elements, including POS systems and third-party solutions. The platform is set to extend its capabilities to other equipment, such as hydrogen dispensers or washing facilities, configuring itself as a multimedia and scalable backbone for the filling station of the future.
