Circle K has signed an agreement to acquire three fuel storage depots from TotalEnergies in Germany, marking the company’s latest step to reinforce its supply chain in a key European market. The deal follows the retailer’s 2024 takeover of nearly 2,200 TotalEnergies service stations across Germany and in Benelux
Circle K says absorbing these depots into its logistics network will improve supply security and operational efficiency, particularly in high‑demand regions. “The three sites give us additional momentum in delivering competitively priced fuels to our customers,” said Christian Howe, Vice President of Circle K Germany.
The acquisition signals Circle K’s continued expansion in the European fuel retail sector, where integration of logistics has become increasingly important amid volatile global supply conditions.
