Petrocas Energy Group plans to implement around 100 projects in the field of retail fuel trade in Uzbekistan and build fuel stations across the whole country. The expected implementation of these projects to create at least 3,000 new jobs.
At the same time, there are plans to attract around $100 million to U.S. technology companies, bringing total investments up to around $350 million," a statement from Petrocas reads.
Independent board member of Petrocas Robert Veksler said. U.S. companies were interested in Uzbekistan due to the "huge opportunities and rates of demographic growth" emerging in the country.
Established in 2010, Petrocas Energy Group is an international company engaged in the trade of petroleum products, retail trade and the distribution of aviation fuel, as well as petroleum product supply logistics in regions of the Black Sea, Southern Caucasus, Caspian Sea and Eastern Mediterranean.
