This week Ipiranga inaugurated the first Texaco gas station in Rio de Janeiro, in partnership with Rede JB, an exclusive reseller in a strategic area of the state.
The brand's first unit is located in a key point in the South Zone of the capital of Rio de Janeiro, next to the Jockey Club and close to Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, one of the city's main postcards.
The unit will have a fuel line with the exclusive Techron additive, which keeps the vital parts of the engine clean and ensures better performance on a daily basis. The line also has Power Premium, Texaco's premium gasoline with additives, developed for drivers looking for a superior driving experience.
With only 25% ethanol, its formulation combines high octane and Techron additive technology, contributing to better vehicle performance and engine preservation over time. Among the main benefits are: maximum performance, engine protection, better drivability and high octane.
According to Júlio Sattamini, vice president of Marketing and Business Development at Ipiranga, the partnership with regional resellers is essential to strengthen Texaco's presence in different markets in the country. "Rio de Janeiro is a relevant square for Ipiranga. Inaugurating the first Texaco gas station with the JB Network is an important step in our trajectory to make the brand even more perceived and valued by consumers. Texaco stations complement our portfolio by offering a technology with more than 30 years of study and development through Techron products, which provide a differentiated experience to consumers," says the executive.
