Pakistan's OGRA directs petrol, CNG stations to maintain cleanliness

In the light of Prime Minister Imran Khan's (pictured above) Clean and Green Pakistan initiative Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has directed all petrol and compressed natural gas (CNG) stations to maintain cleanliness in their premises.

OGRA has launched its National Clean and Green Pakistan initiative to keep the oil and gas selling points clean and Eco-friendly. An OGRA official Asad Latif told APP that this initiative had been taken in pursuance of government's 'National Clean and Green' drive.

He said all the owners of Petrol pumps and CNG stations were bound to ensure proper cleanliness of washrooms and lavatories at all times including basic facilities available. They are also insisted to maintain and observe cleanliness in their general area as well, he added.
