The stage is set for what is already shaping up to be a huge year for Bever Innovations. One of the biggest and most exciting changes is taking place just 300m from their current headquarters in Zierikzee, The Netherlands. On the 1st of April 2019 the team will move to their new headquarters - doubling their floorspace and creating an environment that not only promotes communication, but encourages innovation.
“The new building not only means we can create more offices, it also allows us to bring all our activities into one building,” explained Jacco de Ronde, one of four Directors at Bever Innovations and responsible for managing the delivery of the new headquarters.
“All of the office spaces in the new building will be open to help the team communicate more effectively and enhance the creative flow.”

The new building is still in the process of being completed, but once it is ready the space will be the perfect central location to coordinate Bever’s worldwide activities.
As you would expect from a company with Bever’s innovative mindset, the building is entirely self-powered, generating energy via solar panels on the roof. Also supporting Bever’s global markets is new Operations Director, Marc Meulenberg who has been with the company five months. With a background in logistics honed from years working in his family’s fruit and vegetable business, through to his more recent contracts with global logistics giant DHL, he is ideally placed to help guide Bever’s growth.
“I have experience of managing large groups of people and a lot of experience in making things happen to ensure operations run smoothly. I am excited to now have the opportunity to apply these skills to Bever Innovations and help to drive the company forward,” explained Marc.
Marc and Jacco sit alongside fellow board members Rutger van Dierendonck, Technical Director and Erwin Dingemanse, Commercial Director, and whilst Marc may be the new boy on the block the others each have over 15 years experience with the company.
“The management team and foundation of Bever Innovations is really strong and the addition of Marc is adding to that core,” explained Erwin. “The new office space is a huge step for Bever but innovation is still going on in the current building. Next year we will also be introducing some new products including new LED price display products, new downlights, smaller downlights and a modular series that can be built together into a bigger fixture. This gives us great flexibility moving forward and we are really looking forward to the future,” he added.
