Gazpromneft filling station network offers customers QR code service

The Gazpromneft filling station network has introduced a new digital service for customers to transfer tips to the filling station staff via a QR code.

The service is already available at almost 700 filling stations in the network. By the end of November, this functionality is planned to be implemented at another 140 service filling stations of Gazpromneft in Russia.

Now you can thank any of the petrol station employees and leave a tip using the QR code, which is located at the fuel dispensers (dispensers) and in the checkout area of the trading floor. To do this, you need to scan the QR code, select the refueller or operator you want to mark by photo, and indicate the amount for the transfer.

At our filling stations, customers will find not only high-quality fuel and delicious coffee for the trip, but also a service for which we would like to thank the employees of the stations.

We take into account the opinion of consumers and hear that cash is often simply not at hand at the moment when there is a desire to say thank you for a quality service provided.

In response to a customer request, our digital product line has an opportunity to financially thank a gas station employee for a high-level service using a QR code without using cash, ”said Oleg Kuzmenkov, head of the Gazpromneft gas station network in Russia.
