Total acquires Epping distribution business

Total Jamaica Limited has entered into an agreement with the owners of Jamaican fuel retailer Epping to acquire its fuel distribution companies Epping Oil Company Limited and Epping Retail Limited.

Epping currently manages a branded network of 17 service stations in Jamaica. With this acquisition, Total is reinforcing its current network of 57 service stations on the island to better serve its customers.

With this acquisition, Total aims to have its network of retail stations, offering its quality fuels, including its Total Excellium premium fuel, high-performance lubricants and a broad range of products & services, closer to private and business customers across Jamaica.

Total Jamaica employs over 248 full-time and contract employees and sells a full range of petroleum products to the retail, commercial and industrial markets. Total also does toll lubricants blending in Jamaica for the local market and for export to other CARICOM countries.
