Effective of 1st January 2020, Dr. Michael Lenders will be appointed Managing Director of Scheidt & Bachmann GmbH and leave the Fuel Retail Solutions Division after more than 8 years. During the course of the last months, the company says it has worked intensely on his succession with the aim of further strengthening the SIQMA roadmap and the company's implementation projects.
As the new CTO for the Fuel Retails Division, Mr. Ivan Bublyk will join the team effective 1st January 2020. Mr. Bublyk has held a comparable position over many years at an international solution provider, also serving the global fuel & convenience retail industry. Besides the software development locations in Mönchengladbach and Zilina, Ivan will ramp up a third development location in Kiev, Ukraine for SIQMA solutions. Scheidt & Bachmann would like to emphasize that the Kiev-location will provide additional development resources; it will not lead to any reduction of development resources in Mönchengladbach or Zilina.

Deputy CTO will be Mr. Oliver Heilmann effective 1st January 2020. Oliver has already led the software development in Mönchengladbach for many years and also coordinated the teams in Zilina very successfully.
The new head of product management and marketing will be Mr. Stephan Löffler. Stephan has joind the Fuel Retail Solutions Division over 8 years ago and was team leader in product management in his last role. Scheidt & Bachmann has planned for a 3 month leadership transition period during which Michael will fully focus on coaching the new responsibilities.
