Repsol expands its relationship with Salesforce to boost its commercial strategy

Repsol will promote its multi-energy commercial strategy by expanding its relationship with the technology company Salesforce through an agreement between the two companies aimed at developing products and services that meet the energy needs of the ten million customers of the Spanish utility.

The services that Repsol is developing on the Salesforce technological platform allow it to offer a global service that includes discounts, cross-offers and personalized benefits through a single channel accessible from any device and, therefore, a simpler, more unified relationship with people, fluid and effective.

In this way, Repsol evolves its strategy in all the company's commercial businesses , from customers of energy services in the home or mobility, to direct sales, LPG, chemicals, lubricants, asphalt or specialties.

The collaboration agreement between Repsol and Salesforce, with a global scope, makes it possible to accelerate and optimize the development of products and services for customers through close collaboration between both companies beyond the commercial relationship they have had for eight years.

Office of Digital Acceleration

For the development of the agreement, both companies have established a Digital Acceleration Office to work in different areas , in order to find the best solutions and digital products, develop a common roadmap and jointly monitor the initiatives that are implemented on going.

The agreement goes beyond the incorporation of Salesforce as a preferred partner in Repsol's digital transformation process. Both organizations will also analyze the possibilities of collaboration in the field of sustainability and the reduction of emissions ; and between Repsol and Salesforce.org, in order to provide technological solutions to NGOs and non-profit educational entities.
